Joel has practiced law for over five decades with offices in Illinois and Missouri. He earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law and is admitted to the bars of the State of Missouri, State of Illinois, District of Columbia, and United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri. He is a longtime resident of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
